Terms and conditions

These conditions govern the use of the Quventify website and its Android app, both operated by VrelkoTech. By using the service you accept what is described below. If you disagree with any part of it, do not use the site.

What this service is

Quventify is an informational catalogue that links to third-party products, mainly on Amazon. It is not a shop: we do not sell products, process payments, handle shipping or returns, and we are not party to the sales contract. That contract is between you and the final seller alone, under their own terms and their own returns policy.

Prices, availability and listing data

• The prices we show are indicative. They are captured when the listing is published or updated and may have changed since.
• When a price appears in a currency other than the original, it is an approximate conversion calculated with exchange rates that are refreshed periodically. The amount you actually pay is the one shown by the destination shop at checkout.
• Availability and specifications come from the seller's listing and may change without notice.
• We take care to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. If you spot one, let us know and we'll fix it.

Affiliate links

The buy links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may receive a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you. You'll find the details in the affiliate disclosure.

User accounts

You can use the catalogue without registering. If you create an account, you undertake to provide accurate details and to keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for the activity carried out with them. You can delete your account at any time from delete account or by writing to contacto-asesoramiento@vrelkotech.com. We may suspend accounts that make abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the catalogue automatically, interfere with the running of the site, attempt to reach restricted areas, or reproduce Quventify's own content for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

The design, the brand and the original copy of Quventify belong to VrelkoTech. The images, trademarks and manufacturer descriptions shown on the listings belong to their respective owners and are displayed for information purposes.

Limitation of liability

The service is offered “as is”. We are not liable for problems arising from a purchase at a third-party shop (delays, defects, warranties or price changes), nor for occasional interruptions of the site. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, nor affects your rights as a consumer against the final seller.

Advertising

The site shows third-party advertising. Ads are labelled as such and their content is the advertiser's responsibility, not Quventify's.

Changes

We may update these conditions. When we do, we will change the date in the header and publish the new version at this same address.
