Something wrong in a listing
An out-of-date price, a wrong specification, an image that doesn't match, or a product that is no longer available. Send us the link to the listing and we'll look into it.
Your account and your data
Access to, correction of or deletion of your account and the data attached to it. We handle these requests within 30 days at the latest.
Product or category suggestions
If a type of product is missing from the catalogue, tell us which one and what you need it for. It helps us decide what to add.
Business or press enquiries
Partnerships, use of content from the site, or anything that needs a formal reply.
What we can't help with
Quventify is not a shop: we don't sell, we don't process payments and we don't ship products. If your question is about an order, a delivery, a return or a warranty, Amazon is who has to help you, from the orders section of your account. We have no access to that information and cannot step in.
