Delete your Quventify account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contacto-asesoramiento@vrelkotech.com from the same email address you used to create the account.
2. Use this subject line: Delete my Quventify account.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete the whole account or only part of your data (your favorites only, for example).
4. You'll get a confirmation, and the deletion will be completed within 30 days.

We check that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your name and your email address.
• Your password (always stored encrypted, never in the clear).
• Your favorites list and the prices saved alongside them.
• The link to your Google account, if you used one.

All of this is deleted permanently from our database.

What we keep

We keep catalogue usage statistics (views and clicks per product) in anonymous, aggregated form: once your account is deleted, those records are no longer tied to you and cannot identify you. We keep them indefinitely because they are catalogue statistics, not personal data.

We keep no other personal data after deletion.
